We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services without notice. All quotes provided for vehicle wrap design and graphic design are estimates based on the initial information provided and are subject to change upon physical inspection of the vehicle or project scope modifications.
All custom graphics, designs, logos, and visual assets created by Eye2Eye remain the intellectual property of Eye2Eye until full payment is received. Upon full payment, usage rights are transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement.
In no event shall Eye2Eye or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Eye2Eye's website or services.
